Coriolis Dance is seeking dancers for our first ever Weilding Forms Dance Festival. As the festival revolves around elements of chance, we are seeking movers who are excited about the unpredictable.
Rehearsal processes will take place December through January, with a singular show January 21st. Dancers will receive an hourly pay of $17/hr for 20 hours of rehearsal as well as a $150 performance stipend.
Auditions will take place on Nov. 27th at Yaw Theater from 11-1pm.

We are looking for dancers who are:
*Black or of African descent (required)
*Strong freestyle dancers in one of the following styles: Traditional African, Afro, House, Hip Hop, Contemporary
*Comfortable in front of camera
*Interested in acting
*Professional, punctual, responsive/good communicator, and collaborative

This is a professional development and training opportunity for interested dancers to be part of DANCE This production and work with dance professionals in the industry in a high-quality production at the Moore Theatre. A small stipend will be provided to help offset any costs related to this project (parking, travel) in addition to each dancer receiving 4-complimentary tickets to selected shows as they become available as part of our Community Promise Tickets.
