At All That Dance, our Dance Educators:
Design lesson plans and teach dance classes based on the All That Dance curriculum and brain-compatible learning principles
Attend all staff and department meetings to build teamwork, collaborate with peers, and grow as instructors
Serve as role models for growing dancers
Have the opportunity to work with our advanced dancers through our All That Dance Company program
Provide year-end recommendations for dancers to continue their growth
All That Dance offers 401K opportunities and a transparent pay scale with wages ranging from $20 to $50 per hour to ensure that experience and expertise are adequately compensated. Positions offered to potential faculty depending on experience and skill level, availability and interest in teaching multiple genres, ages, and levels.
